First we scrape off all of the old caulk this stuff is the most important because you cannot put new caulk on top of old caulk

Then we clean up the area with acetone this will kill any kind of mold and dry quick enough for us to be able to put the new caulk back in.

Finally we install a new mold resistant caulk
